What is the mission of Together Care Australia?

To work collaboratively with you and your supports to help you achieve your goals and maintain a positive quality of life. Within the NDIS, it is common for participants to receive support from multiple people and providers in different environments. Thus, we understand the importance of implementing a holistic approach and maintaining positive relationships with all individuals to ensure each perspective is heard and validated.

It is also common for people receiving private psychological support to feel alone or overwhelmed throughout their experience. At Together Care Australia, we believe in working together with you to feel safe and understood so that you are able to take steps towards achieving your goals.

What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to people with a disability to support them in accessing services that can assist with their daily functioning and improve their skills and overall wellbeing. We provide Positive Behaviour Support and Psychology services to NDIS participants using their allocated funds. As we are a registered NDIS provider, we can service individuals with NDIA-managed, self-managed, and plan-managed funding.

What services do you provide?

We provide the following services:

  • Positive Behaviour Support (NDIS)

  • Psychology (NDIS)

  • Psychology (Private and Medicare / Better Access)

  • Specialised Trainings (Online & In Person)

Where will services take place?

We are a predominantly mobile provider servicing the Sutherland Shire and St George areas in Sydney, NSW. NDIS services can take place at any location that is safe and comfortable for you such as a home residence, group home, day program, school, respite, or place of employment etc. Appointments can also be conducted via a telehealth video meeting where required.

Private and Medicare Psychology appointments can be conducted at a private counselling room, or via telehealth or phone. We will work with you to choose the most suitable option so that you feel as comfortable as possible.

Group Specialised Trainings can be conducted online or in person at your place of business (e.g. NDIS residence, day program, school, respite facility, employment facility etc.). Group Trainings can also be conducted at a meeting room organised by Together Care if preferred depending on availability. Individual Trainings are available online only.

Services will only be conducted in public locations such as a cafe or park if the privacy and safety of all individuals can be guaranteed. We will be on the look-out for a permanent practice location in the near future and will be notifying all of our clients once this occurs.
