Behaviour Support (NDIS)
With almost 20 years' experience across education, disability and trauma-informed care, Dana-Lee brings a wealth of knowledge in supporting children, young people and families with complex behavioural, developmental and emotional needs. Throughout her career, she has worked collaboratively with families, educators, allied health professionals and multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred, evidence-based support.
Originally trained as a teacher, Dana-Lee has extensive experience supporting children with ADHD, intellectual disability, developmental delays, trauma histories and emotional dysregulation. Her background includes implementing behaviour support strategies, developing practical supports, and helping build the skills and confidence of families, educators and support teams to achieve positive outcomes.
As an experienced therapeutic foster carer, Dana-Lee provides trauma-informed care for children with complex support needs, working closely with psychologists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, Positive Behaviour Support practitioners and other professionals to implement strategies that strengthen emotional regulation, independence and overall wellbeing.
Known for her compassionate and approachable nature, Dana-Lee is passionate about delivering strengths-based Positive Behaviour Support that empowers participants, families and support networks to create meaningful and lasting change.
