Date: Sunday, 6th September 2026

Time: 10 am - 12 pm

Location: Port Hacking Community Centre (184-188 Gannons Road, Caringbah, NSW 2229)

Join us for a morning tea designed specifically for parents and carers of children, adolescents, and adults living with disability. This relaxed and welcoming event provides an opportunity to connect with other families, share experiences, build supportive networks, and learn about services and resources available within the community.

The event will include short, practical talks from psychologists, behaviour support practitioners, and other disability and allied health professionals, covering topics such as self-care, managing stress and burnout, building resilience, and accessing supports and services for your family.

You'll also have the opportunity to meet our team, learn about local services, ask questions in an informal setting, and take home a complimentary wellbeing pack with useful resources and self-regulation tools.
