  • Behaviour Support (NDIS)

Jasmin is a dedicated practitioner with nearly seven years’ experience supporting children and adolescents with complex disabilities, behavioural needs and developmental challenges. With a strong foundation in paediatric disability work, Jasmin has spent much of her career collaborating in multidisciplinary teams, working closely with psychologists and behaviour support practitioners, and implementing behaviour support strategies for clients with both physical and behavioural complexities.

Jasmin originally trained in paediatric physiotherapy and has built a strong and extensive background working with children and adolescents with behavioural and psychological challenges. Her experience spans across allied health and support work roles with a key focus on providing collaborative support to participants, their families and support networks.

Jasmin is known for her warm, empathetic approach and her ability to build strong rapport with families. She has extensive experience working with neurological conditions, rare genetic disorders and clients requiring high levels of behavioural support. Her background also includes community advocacy, adaptive sports program development, and hands-on support work with children requiring assistance across daily living, engagement, and emotional regulation.

Driven by a passion for holistic, person-centred care, Jasmin is now expanding her scope into Positive Behaviour Support to better support children, young people and their families with evidence-based, strengths-focused behavioural interventions.
