Peta Meyerink - Registered Psychologist

Registered Professional Psychologist (MProfPsych)

Peta is a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across a range of educational and clinical settings. She has worked as a School Psychologist and within child and family psychology services, as well as in early intervention and assessment roles. Peta has also held leadership positions within psychology teams and has experience working within youth justice settings, and alongside neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Peta provides telehealth psychology services via secure video and phone consultations, offering flexible and accessible support. Telehealth sessions allow children, young people, adults, and caregivers to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own home, while still receiving high-quality, evidence-based psychological care.

Peta’s therapeutic approach is gentle, trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and client-centred. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and playful space where individuals and families feel heard, respected, and empowered. Her areas of practice include neurodiversity, developmental trauma, attachment, emotional regulation, and supporting caregivers through times of transition and change. Peta is deeply committed to walking alongside individuals and families with compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care.
